Ingredients Serving: 10
4 Egg whites
4 egg yolks
100 grams of maida
20 grams of cocoa powder
120 gram powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
Fresh cream -250 ml
Milk -40 ml
Oil -30 ml
Trapiocano red grap juice - 1/2 cup
Cherries - 10
Some Greated Chocolates
Instructions
Take a egg whites.
Beat the egg whites with electric beater.
Add cream of tartar.
Beat for 2-3 minutes. And add sugar little by little.
Add Vannila essence.
Beat well until the stiff peak.
Then add egg yolks.
Mix well, do not over mix so only follow fold and cut with spatula.
Add oil and milk.
Sifted coco powder and maida.
Mix the four. add flour little by little to egg mixture.
Gently fold the batter and mix well until lumppfree batter.
Take a cup cake mold with cup cake liner.
Pour 2 Tablespoons of cake batter.
160 degree celcious Preheated microwave oven bake To 15-20 minutes.
Check the cake, insert the skewer. Cake was perfectly baked.
Take a Nozzle and insert the middle of cup cake holes for cherries.
Pour some Trapiocano grap juice.
Add cherries.
Take a fresh cream
Am using non dairy cream (Tropllite). Add 2 Tablespoon of powdered sugar, Beat for 3-5 minutes.
Beat well until the stiff peak.
Transfer the piping bag with your Favorite Nozzle and frosting top of the cup cake.
Placed the cherries on the top
Add some greated dark Chocolates.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve for your Christmas and New year parties.
Soft and super black frost cup cakes are ready.
