It's a christmas time and no xmas is compete without the star cookies. These crunchy and slightly sweet cookies is my all time favorite
I love to have star cookies.
Put all the ingredients in the mixie and blend together
The batter should be slightly thin than a cake batter
Heat oil in a kadai
Immerse the star cookie mould in hot oil for some time. Remove and dip in the batter only till half
Dip the mould in hot oil
Shake the mould slightly so that the batter falls in the oil in the form of cookie
Use toothpick or fork to separate the sides if they stick to the mould
Fry till golden brown
Drain on a tissue paper
Store in an airtight container after cooling
