Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 1 1/2 cup
  2. Suger 1/4 cup
  3. Oil 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Vanilla aesens 2,3 drop
  6. Choco powder 1 tabs
  7. Baking powder 1 teas
  8. Baking soda 1/2 teas
  9. Curd 1/2 cup
  10. Chopped dark chocolate 1 tabs
  11. Oil 1 tabs
  12. Custurd powder 1/2 cup
  13. Kesar 2,3 thered (secret ingredient)
  14. Suger 1 cup
  15. Water 1 1/2 Cup
  16. chopped pista 1 tabs
  17. Red cheery 7,8

Instructions

  1. First of all mix baking powder baking soda in to the curd keep a side .
  2. Now add maida,oil,milk,suger, vanilla aesens, coco powder in to the another bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Now add curd mixture into the maida mixture and mix well.
  5. And make thick cake batter.
  6. Grease with oil microwave safe cupcakes mold.
  7. And pour cake batter into the mould.
  8. Sprinkle some chopped chocolate on the mould.
  9. And bake it in preheated microwave for 4min on combination mode.
  10. Now take a pan add oil in to the pan.
  11. Heat on gas.
  12. Now add custurd powder and suger in to the pan.
  13. Cook for 2,3 min.
  14. Now add water in to the pan.
  15. Boil it in low flame.
  16. Add Kesar in it.
  17. Cook it becomes thick and glossy.
  18. After cool fill it in the piping bag with star nozzle.
  19. Make icing on all cupcakes with custurd halwa.
  20. Sprinkle some chopped pista on it.
  21. Decorat with cheery.
  22. And ready to serve.
