About Death by Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

These beautiful cchocolate cupcakes have wonderful flavour and are frosted with dark chocolate ganache. A pure chocolate indulgence.

Death by Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients to make Death by Chocolate Cupcakes

  • For chocolate cupcakes:
  • all purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
  • Dark chocolate chopped 1/2 cup
  • butter(unsalted) 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
  • baking soda 1tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • vinegar 1tbsn
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • sugar powdered 1cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  • For Frosting
  • Dark chocolate 300gms
  • Amul fresh cream 200ml

How to make Death by Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. For chocolate cupcakes:
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave
  3. Sift and mix the flour, cocoa and soda
  4. Add salt and sugar
  5. Mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated
  6. Gradually pour hot water
  7. Add chocolate mix, vanilla essence and vinegar Beat well
  8. Do not over mix
  9. Transfer into cupcake liners
  10. Pre heat oven for 10 mins at 180 degree
  11. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done
  12. Let it cool on wire rack
  13. For frosting
  14. Chop chocolate finely
  15. Heat the cream in pan and as soon as bubbles appear switch off gas and pour over chocolate
  16. Let it rest for while and mix it well
  17. Leave it till it cools down completely
  18. Frosting is pipe
  19. Pipe onto star nozzle or any of your choice and do the frosting.
  20. Enjoy heavenly death by chocolate cupcakes.
