ABOUT Gramflaur venilla cake with chocolate ganache RECIPE

Usually we made cake with all purpose flour, semolina, wheat flour...but today i use a secret ingredient in my cake that is gramflaur and frosting it with chocolate ganache...

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gramflaur- 1/2cup
  2. All purpose flour- 1/2cup
  3. Semolina- 1/2cup
  4. Milk powder- 1 cup
  5. Fresh malai - 1 cup
  6. Powder sugar- 1 1 /4 cup
  7. Venilla extract- 2teaspoon
  8. Baking soda- 1/4teaspoon
  9. Baking powder- 1/2teaspoon
  10. Butter- 1tablespoons
  11. Milk-3/4 cup
  12. For icing- Whipped cream- 1/2cup
  13. Venilla extract- 1/4teaspoon
  14. Powder sugar-1tablespoons
  15. For ganache
  16. Dark compound chocolate- 6 ounces
  17. Heavy cream- 3/4 cup
  18. Gems for decoration- 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat cooker layered the base with salt and place a ring.heatup for 10 minutes on slow flam.
  2. Sieve all purpose flour and gramflaur.
  3. Add semolina, Milk powder,Baking soda, Baking powder and mix well.
  4. Take a bowl add powder sugar,Butter,malai,venilla extract and mix well till you get smooth batter.
  5. Now add this batter to the dry ingredients mix gently.
  6. Now add milk and make a smooth batter.
  7. Now pour the mixture in grease tin.
  8. Place the tin in preheated cooker.
  9. Cover the cooker with lid and bake on slow flam for 45 minutes.
  10. After 45 minutes switch off the flam and let the cake cool completely.
  11. Now take unbeaten whipped cream in a bowl and beat with beater till stiff peaks.
  12. Now add venilla extract and powder sugar.
  13. Now demould the cake and spread the icing on the cake.
  14. Now take heavy cream and dark chocolate in a bowl.
  15. Microwave it for 2 minutes.
  16. Now whisk until smooth and glossy.
  17. Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring to the cake.
  18. Start at the centre of the cake and work outward.
  19. Now garnish with gems and make icing flower..
