ABOUT Red velvet with chocolate ganache cake pops RECIPE

It was valentine day I had made red velvet cake for my hubby as a surprise for him. I got some crumbles of red velvet cake and it was so nice i didn't want to waste them. Wanted to make something out of those crumbs also had chocolate ganache as had made chocolates so finally I made these cake pops.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1-2 piece left over red velvet cake
  2. 6-7 Marie Gold biscuits crushed
  3. 1/2 bowl chocolate Ganache
  4. 4 kachha aam toffee crushed for sprinkling
  5. 5 lolipop straws
  6. 1/2 bowl whipped cream
  7. pinch food colour if want to add colour to cream

Instructions

  1. Take 1 bowl and bring cake into crumbled form
  2. Add chocolate ganache and mix well
  3. Add marie biscuits crushed and mix well
  4. Now make balls of this mixture
  5. Now fix them in straws
  6. Now put heap of whipped cream on centre of each pop
  7. Now sprinkel toffee crushed on it and gems crushed on it
  8. Your yummy cake pops are ready
