Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour - 100 gms
  2. Sugar powder - 100 gms
  3. Butter - 150 gms
  4. Eggs - 2
  5. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  6. Cashew nuts - 150 gms
  7. Almonds - 150 gms
  8. Raisins - 150 gms
  9. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  10. Sugar - 125 gms
  11. Milk - 2 tbsp
  12. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a plate add cashew nuts,almonds and raisins and one tbsp all purpose flour and mix well
  2. Sieve the flour and baking powder.
  3. Take a bowl add sugar powder,butter and egg and mix well.
  4. Mix until creamy and fluffy
  5. Add all purpose flour and baking powder and mix well
  6. Heat sugar in a pan.
  7. Stir evenly till sugar caramelize it
  8. Add milk,two tbs water and lemon juice
  9. Now caramelize color is ready
  10. Add caramelize color in the cake mixture and mix well.
  11. Add vanilla essence and mix well
  12. Pour the batter into the baking dish
  13. Preheat oven for 180 .c
  14. Bake for 35 mins in the preheated oven
  15. Now the delicious fruit cake is ready to eat
