Festive Biscuit Truffles

Ingredients to make Festive Biscuit Truffles

  • Plain biscuits crushed 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk 200 grams
  • Desiccated coconut for coating 1 cup
  • Brandy or rum 1 tablespoon
  • Toasted and crushed walnuts 1 tablespoon

How to make Festive Biscuit Truffles

  1. In a mixing bowl combine biscuit crumbs, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder and brandy or rum.
  2. To the above add condensed milk gradually and mix gently. You may add toasted and crushed walnuts at this stage
  3. By now the mixture would have come together to form a ball,
  4. Take 2 teaspoonful of mixture and shape into a ball.
  5. Repeat above steps and form small balls for all mixture.
  6. Coat each ball with desiccated coconut .
  7. Truffles are ready.
  8. Refrigerate for an hour and serve.
