ABOUT Brandy and coke brownies RECIPE

Brandy and coke brownies specially made for Christmas celebration. It's very yummy and chocolious. In this recipe brandy and Coca - Cola are my secret ingredient for Santa Claus.

Ingredients Serving: 10

Main ingredient -
125 ml Coca - Cola
60 ml Brandy
250gm butter
180gm dark chocolate
400gm castor sugar
1 cup Wheat Flour
125gm cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
100gm roughly chopped nuts
For topping -
80 gm Amul milk chocolate

Instructions

Grease and line a 25cm square tin.
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Melt butter, chocolate and sugar together in a sauce pan.
Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts, Coca Cola, brandy and mix well.
pour batter into tin and bake for 20 minutes or until just set in the middle, but slightly spongy.
Arrange milk chocolate squares over top of hot brownie cake and leave for 5 minutes to soften.
Spread with a spatula and allow it cool before cutting into squares.
