Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled green peas-1/2cup
  2. Fenugreek leaves- 1 1/2cup chopped
  3. Cooked rice-3 cup
  4. Sliced onion- 2
  5. Ginger garlic paste -1tablespoons
  6. Oil-1tablespoons
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Grated carrot- For garnishing
  9. Tomato Sauce- For garnishing
  10. Grated radish- For garnishing


  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  2. Add sliced onion and saute on medium flam for 2 to 3 minuts.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute.
  4. Now add boiled peas and saute for 2 minutes on medium flam.
  5. Now add chopped fenugreek leaves and saute for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flam.
  6. Now add boiled rice and salt.
  7. Add 1/2tablespoons of water and cook on slow flam for 2 minutes.
