This is an unusual sounding cake . But today is the last day of the year so in my style is something new ...... and believe me it taste is truly out of the world ....

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For stir fry SOYA
  2. Soya keema boiled - 1 cup
  3. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  4. Onion chopped - 1 no
  5. Garlic and Ginger chopped - 2 tablespoons
  6. Tomato sauce - 4 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sugar - 1teaspoon
  9. Black pepper powder - 1teaspoon
  10. Garam masala powder - 1teaspoon
  11. Cumin powder - 1teaspoon
  12. Red chilli powder - 1teaspoon
  13. For the Batter ....
  14. All purposes flour - 2 cups
  15. Granulated sugar - 1/3 cup
  16. Butter - 1/3 cup
  17. Vanilla extract - 1tablespoons
  18. Egg - 2 no
  19. Baking powder - 1teaspoon
  20. Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  21. A pinch of salt
  22. For Sour cream Frosting
  23. Butter - 4 tablespoons
  24. Sour cream - 1/2 cup
  25. Vanilla extract - 1teaspoon
  26. Icing sugar - 1 cup
  27. For Hot Wine Glazed ...
  28. Onion finely chopped - 1 no
  29. Garlic keema - 10 no
  30. Red wine - 1/2 cup
  31. Salt to taste
  32. Sugar - 1tablespoons
  33. Black pepper powder - 1teaspoon
  34. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. For the Filling .....
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger and garlic and stir fry on high power .
  3. Then add onion and fry until they are golden brown in colour.
  4. Add SOYA KEEMA and fry for a minutes then add tomato sauce , cumin powder and chilli powder and mix it well.
  5. When SOYA KEEMA are fry well and all the spices are mix together add salt and sugar mix well and add garam masala powder on it and switch off the flame and keep aside .
  6. In a large bowl mix together sugar and butter until pale and fluffy . Gradually add the eggs and beating well until each addition has been fully incorporated into the mixture .
  7. Add the salt , flour , baking powder , coconut and mix until the batter is well combined and is of a dropping consistency .
  8. Spoon half of the batter mixture into the greased cake tin , spoon the filling on top of the batter and spread it evenly over the batter .
  9. Preheated the oven 200°C for 10 minutes .
  10. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean .
  11. In a medium bowl add all the Sour cream ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth .
  12. Heat Olive oil in a pan add keema garlic and onions and fry for a couple of minutes then add all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes . Now glazed is ready .
  13. When cake are completely cool then cover the Sour cream Frosting all over the cake then in a piping bag add wine Glazed and icing the cake .....
  14. Serve a Awesome Cake with a Big Smile :kissing_heart::kissing_heart:
