Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 tsp whipping cream
  2. 1 and 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 100 grm melted chocolate
  5. 25 grm brown sugar (more for sprinkle)
  6. Butter for greasing


  1. First greased the remikins with butter,sprinkle some brown sugar in the remikins,tap and release the extra sugar and keep aside the bowls
  2. Now take cream in pan add coffee and cook it in low flame till slightly thick and nicely mix
  3. Now pour some this coffee mixture in remikins,little amount store for next step
  4. Separate egg whites with yolks
  5. Now take melted chocolate and add seprated egg yolk in it and mix
  6. Add remaining mixture of coffee and cream in yolk and chocolate mixture and mix and prepare a mixture
  7. Now take egg whites add gradually brown sugar in it and whisk till soft peaks formed
  8. When peak made,add already prepared coffee and chocolate mixture in it and mix lightly
  9. Now pour this mixture in remikins slowly with spoon
  10. Now bake this mixture in preheated oven at 180* at 15 to 18 minutes
  11. When done spread some powder sugar and chocolate wafer biscuit for garnish.
  12. Now cappuccino souffle is ready to serve
