ABOUT Potato Souffle RECIPE

Potato Souffle is made out of boiled mashed potatoes, egg, milk, cheese, pepper, coriander leaves and salt to taste. It's an healthy baked dish with all healthy ingredients which is required for a day.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled mashed potatoes 3
  2. Egg 2
  3. Mozeralla cheese 50gms
  4. Milk 6 tablespoon
  5. butter 2 tablespoon
  6. Pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 1 fistful
  8. Bread crumbs 2 tablespoon
  9. Chilli powder for garnishing
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees centigrade.
  2. Boil potatoes and mash well.
  3. Separate yolk from egg.
  4. Grate cheese and keep it aside. Add yolk and cheese to the mashed potatoes.
  5. Warm milk and add butter to it. Remove from heat till butter melts.
  6. Whisk egg white till stiff peaks.
  7. Add pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
  8. Fold whipped egg whites to the potato mixture.
  9. Grease ramekins cups with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs inside.
  10. Pour potato mixture in the cups and sprinkle chilli powder on top.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes. Potato Souffle is ready to consume.
