Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2Cup Poha
  2. 2 boil potatoes.
  3. 1chopp onion
  4. 1chopp tomato
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1/2cup peanut
  7. 1/2cup green peas
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. 1.lemon juice
  10. Salt
  11. 10 kari leaves
  12. 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  13. 1/4tsp red pepper
  14. 1/4tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Wash Poha in a strainer n keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Put mustard seeds n kari patta.
  4. Add.onion.tomato.green chilli
  5. Put boil potatoes n peas
  6. Cover n simmer till peas cook
  7. Add salt.turmeric powder.chilli powder
  8. Add poha n stir well.
  9. Add lemon juice
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
