Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat spaghetti pasta 2 cups
  2. Onions, Spring onions,Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum 1-1 1/2 cups
  3. Schezwan sauce 1/4 cup
  4. Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  5. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  6. Tomato for garnishing
  7. Salt, Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil and cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain water and sprinkle some maida over the spaghetti to coat it.
  2. Fry the spaghetti in hot oil until crispy.
  3. In a pan, heat oil, once its hot add the veggies, fry it for a minute.
  4. Turn of the gas and add all the sauces,salt ,sugar,lemon juice mix well.
  5. Then add the fried spaghetti, mix and serve immediately. Garnish it with tomato rose.
