Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Egg - 2
  3. Grated processed cheese - 1 cube
  4. Carom seeds / ajwain - a pinch
  5. Onion seeds - a pinch
  6. Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  7. Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  8. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour,onion seeds,carom seeds,salt and mix well.
  2. To make a soft dough with the help of water.
  3. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  4. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  5. Roll out dough into thin circle.
  6. Grease the oil in it and sprinkle dry wheat flour then fold it.
  7. And again grease oil in the half circle and sprinkle the dry wheat flour and fold it.
  8. Now flatten the paratha with rolling pin.
  9. Beat the egg.
  10. Add onion,green chilly ,coriander leaves and salt and mix well
  11. Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
  12. Once the paratha half done turn over it and open from one side and fill the egg mixture and cook on a medium flame.
  13. Grease the paratha applying oil on both sides are cooked. golden brown in color.
  14. Cut into three pieces.
  15. Serve hot with. sauce.
