Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bread : 4
  2. Onion : 1
  3. Capsicum (red and green) : 1/2
  4. Coriander leafs
  5. Egg : 2
  6. Salt
  7. pepper : 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tso
  10. chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
  11. Butter : required amount

Instructions

  1. Butter all the bread slices.
  2. Pre - heat the tawa and place the buttered side of the bread on the tawa for 1 min and keep aside
  3. In a bowl, add egg, chopped onion, red capsicum, green capsicum, coriander, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, chilly powder and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. Dip the bread into the above mixture.
  6. Fry the bread until it is golden brown on each side.
