Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chiwda - 2cup
  2. Cauliflower- 1 cup . Cut into small pieces
  3. Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup
  4. Bell peppers - 1 cup ,cut into small pieces
  5. Green peas - 1/2 cup boiled
  6. Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
  7. Cashew - 10 to 15 pieces
  8. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  9. Chopped chillies - 1 tbsp
  10. Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  11. Mustard seeds - 1tsp
  12. Red chilly- 3 to 4 nos
  13. salt as per taste
  14. Sugar as per taste
  15. Ghee - 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the Chiwda and keep aside
  2. Heat ghee , add all the dry spices . Add cauliflower after crackle the spices.
  3. Put cover on the Kadhai . Add onion , chopped ginger to fry till colour was changed.
  4. Now add rest of the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes and add clean n wash Chiwda.
  5. Add salt and sugar as per taste.
  6. Add coriander leaves and fried cashew before switching off the gas.
  7. Serve hot..
