Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mashed boiled potato-2
  2. Rai-1/4 tsp
  3. Onion chopped-2tsp
  4. Green chilly chopped-1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  6. Chilly powder-1/2tsp
  7. Green coriander chopped- 2tsp
  8. Amchoor powder-1/2tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan. Add rai,green chilly,onions and saute.
  2. Now add turmeric, chilly powder
  3. Add potatoes,amchoor powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Add green coriander and mix
  5. Now off the flame and keep aside to cool.
  6. Now take small ball from dough,flat it on palm to add filling in center.
  7. Close it and apply some flour to roll it on circular shape.
  8. On hot tawa,apply some oil or ghee put this rolled paratha onto it.flip it to roast well.
  9. Your paratha is ready to serve with pickle or curd...
