ABOUT Poached Eggs Shakshuka With Spaghetti, Sprouts and Veges. RECIPE

Shakshuka ( Originated from Tunisia) is a dish containing Poached Eggs in Tomato based Gravy. Here I have added Spaghetti , Sprouts and Veges to make it Stomach filling.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tomatoes blanched and Pureed 2 cups.
  2. Onions 4 big. chopped.
  3. Math Sprouts 1/2 cup.
  4. Cauliflower chopped 1/2 cup.
  5. French beans chopped 1/2 cup.
  6. Carrot grated 1/4 cup.
  7. Red bell papers 1/4 cup ( chopped)
  8. Noodles boiled 1/2 to 1 cup.
  9. Garlic crushed 1 tsp ( for noodles)
  10. Butter 1 tbsp to toss the noodles.
  11. Chilli powder / Paperika powder 1 tsp ( to taste)
  12. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  13. Zeera powder 1 tsp.
  14. Sugar 2 tbsp
  15. Chilli flakes ( optional)
  16. Canola Oil 3 tbsp/ Olive oil.
  17. Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
  18. Eggs 3. ( 1 / person).

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a flat non-stick pan. Add Sprouts.
  2. Saute for 2 minutes, add Chopped Cauliflower and French beans.
  3. Saute for 3 minutes on a medium flame. Now add Onions.
  4. On other pan heat butter and toss the boiled Noodles. Add salt and pepper.
  5. After vegetables cooked a little ( not fully cooked) , add blanched and Pureed Tomatoes and grated carrots.
  6. Stir in between while cooking. Add Salt, Pepper, chilli powder. Add zeera and cook well.
  7. Let gravy be thick a little. Now add tossed noodles.
  8. Add fresh cream. Make a small place in mixture, Break Eggs and pour directly in Tomato Vege mixture.
  9. Cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. And here is your Yummy Shakshuka with Vege and noodles.
  11. Serve hot with a cup of Coffee or juice.
  12. Here is picture of other side of a piece of Shakshuka.
