Winter is the time for plenty of vegetables paratha, an all time favourite, also gets stuffed with mixed vegetables wanted to make it of different taste. But this paratha can be make any time ,not only winter.. Stuffed with paneer, cheese, bell peppers and other ingredients, it was so crispy and tasty that you donot need any curry to eat it..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup- grated paneer
  2. 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  3. 1 cup - chopped bell peppers ( red, yellow, green)
  4. 1nos - chopped onion
  5. 2tsp - chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tsp - crush pepper
  7. Salt to taste
  8. For the dough
  9. Maida -.2 cup
  10. Oil -.2 tbsp
  11. Pinch of salt
  12. Water as per requirement
  13. Oil for fry


  1. Mix salt with bell peppers and keep for 5 minutes. Squeeze the veggies and mix with paneer, cheese and other ingredients.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of dough and make a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a big size ball from the dough and roll it . 1st spread little oil all over the chapati and paneer mixture on the top.
  4. Made one cut from center to side and roll it holding one side to make a cone.
  5. Press from the top of the cone to give the shape of a peda.
  6. Again roll it like chapati and fry the paratha with little oil.
  7. Serve hot .Need not require any side dish.
