Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/3 cup chana [chickpeas]
  2. 1 tomato chopped
  3. 3 table spoon oil
  4. 1 tea spoon salt
  5. 1/4 tea spoon haldi [turmeric powder]
  6. 1/4 tea spoon hing [asafoetida]
  7. 1/4 tea spoon mustard seeds
  8. 1/4 tea spoon jeera [cumin seeds]
  9. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  11. 2 table spoon milk
  12. 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Soak chana for 10 hours in lukewarm water.
  2. Now sieve the water of chana..
  3. In a cooker add 3 table spoon oil.
  4. Add rai, jeera, hing to it.
  5. Now add tomatoes, chana, red chilli powder, coriander powder,milk and 1/2 cup water.
  6. Take one whistle on high flame and then 8-10 whistle on slow flame.
  7. Chana is ready to serve.
  8. Now in a cooker
