Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour -1 cup
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Ajwain -1/4 tea spoon
  4. Chilli powder -1/4 tea spoon
  5. Boiled and blended bathuya- 1/2 cup
  6. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour. Add salt , ajwain, chilli powder and mix well.
  2. Now add bathuya gradually and mix well .
  3. And knead tight dough with the help of water.
  4. Keep this dough aside for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes make small balls and roll in small size.
  6. In the same way roll all puries.
  7. Now take oil in kadai n heat it.
  8. When oil will get heated fry all the puries.
  9. Bathuya puri is ready to serve.
  10. Serve hot with curd or acchar.
