This is a delicious and filling recipe for breakfast, made with chicken.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken - 250 gms
  2. Chopped onion - 1 big
  3. Chopped capsicum - 1
  4. Oil - 3 tbsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Black pepper - a pinch
  9. Chopped green chilly - 1
  10. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  13. All purpose flour / maida - 1 cup
  14. Carom seeds - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Mix all the powdered masalas to the chicken pieces, and marinated for sometime.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook on a high flame.
  4. Add capsicum and saute for one mins.
  5. Add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
  6. Add tomato ketchup and salt in the end.
  7. Switch off the gas.
  8. Now stuffing is ready.
  9. In a kneading bowl mix maida / all purpose flour,carom seeds and salt.
  10. Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  11. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  12. Divide the dough into round balls.
  13. Roll out dough into thin circle with the help of rolling pin.
  14. Heat the pan on a medium heat and make a paratha.
  15. Put one tbsp of the chicken mixture and tomato ketchup spread on the paratha and roll the paratha.
  16. Serve with sauces.
