ABOUT TAPIOCA PANCAKE WITH BANANA RECIPE

These are flat griddle-cakes similar to a pancakes or crepes, white, chewy and without much flavor... Made with tapioca..rolled or folded and filled with any number of sweet or savory fillings, like crepes are.The babana filled ones are perfect for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tapioca flour .... 1 cup
  2. Bananas ... 2
  3. Icing sugar .... 2 tbsps
  4. Cinnamon powder .. 1/4 tsp (to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-sticky pan. Reduce the heat
  2. Using a large strainer, sift the tapioca flour into the pan spreading it evenly in a thin layer. Use your hand to push the flour. It takes about 2 minutes/
  3. Sprinkle the sugar on it while it is hot. Remove it in a plate.
  4. Place the thin slices of banana over it and sprinkle some cinnamon powder.
  5. Fold it like a dosa.
