Healthy Coconut barfi with Jaggery

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 Cup Crushed Coconut (Bura)
  2. 1 Cup Fine Crushed Jaggery
  3. 2 CUP MILK
  4. 4-5 Fine Chopped Almonds
  5. 4-5 Fine Chopped Pistachio
  6. 2 Elaichi's Crushed powder
  7. 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Cook coconut powder in low temperature till it becomes light brown and take it out in another bowl
  2. Take 2 cup of milk and mix with Jaggery and cook them till they mix well.
  3. Now mix coconut powder, elaichi powder and 1 tb ghee and cook till it becomes a thicker. In case it's not mixing well. Add some more milk
  4. Add nuts and cook till it becomes really tight just like dough
  5. Take it out in thali and give it shape and let it cool down
  6. Cut in whatever shape you want and serve
