This is a yummy stuffed radish parathas which are filling and extremely delicious, a perfect breakfast option.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For dough:
  2. Wheat flour 2 cup
  3. All purpose flour 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil 1 tbsp
  6. Water - enough to make a soft dough
  7. For stuffing :
  8. Grated mooli (raddish) 2
  9. Besan 1 cup
  10. Oil 2 tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  12. Dhaniya powder [coriander powder] 1 tsp
  13. Lal mirch 1 tsp
  14. Bharwa masala 1 tsp (optional )
  15. Kasuri methi 1 tsp


  1. Combine all the ingredients ( AATA ,maida ,salt,oil ) in a bowl and knead in to a soft dough,using a little water if required .now grate mooli after that squeeze of all the water from the grated mooli as much as you can and take it in a bowl.
  2. Combine all the spices ( dhaniya powder,jeera,lalmirch ,bharwa masala ,besan)of stuffing along with green coriander and keep a side.
  3. Now take a dough small ball and roll it out in to a small circle using dry flour and then take equal amount of dough to make another circle.
  4. Spread stuffing on one side of the circle leaving the sides.grease the sides with little water and then place another circle on it and press the sides.now using a rolling pin .roll out the parathe little bigger.
  5. Heat anon stick tawa and cook each parathe,using 1/4 tsp of oil ,till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.keep aside to cool slightly .
  6. Mooli parathe is ready .
