Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 2cups
  2. Radish-4 to 5 nos
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
  4. Ajwain - 1/4 tspn
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
  6. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Coriander leaves - 2 tbspn
  9. Water for kneading if required
  10. Oil - 1 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Peel the radish....Wash them properly and grate them
  2. Next keep a pan to heat...
  3. Put oil and when hot add cumin seeds and ajwain in it
  4. After it splutters put the grated radish and saute well on high flame for a few minutes
  5. Then put salt ,turmeric powder and black pepper powder
  6. Mix well....Then put coriander leaves ....By now the radish must have given out water and it must have got evaporated ...
  7. Turn off the gas and let it cool down.
  8. Now add the wheat flour and knead it well ...Add water only if required or skip it as it may get very watery....
  9. Roll them to round shaped parathas
  10. Then heat a non stick tawa....Put the paratha and cook them from both sides by drizzling oil ,pressing it with spatula and flipping each side accordingly.
  11. Serve hot with pickle,ketchup ,raita,butter or curry of your choice
