ABOUT Fried rice RECIPE

For rice lovers, a tasty and quick treat, to be served on its own as one pot meal.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked rice 1 cup
  2. besan 2 tsp
  3. salt to taste
  4. Green chilly 2
  5. coriander leaves 2 tsp
  6. Mango powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  8. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves 2 tsp
  10. oil 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil add cumin seed, besan, curry leaves and green chilly then Saute it for 2 minutes
  2. Add rice and all the other spices and cook it well
  3. Add coriander leaves and serve it hot
