ABOUT Nutrela Soya Kofta RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the kofta:
  2. 1 Cup cooked Nutrela High Protein Soya Granules
  3. 2 Tablespoon mashed boiled potatoes
  4. 2 Teaspoon (grind) channa dal
  5. 1 Taespoon corn flour
  6. 1 Teaspoon turmeric
  7. 1Teaspoon kasturi methi
  8. 1 Teaspoon chilli powder
  9. 1 Teaspoon garam masala powder, salt, oil for frying
  10. For the curry:
  11. 1 Teaspoon chopped onion
  12. 1 Teaspoon chopped tomatoes
  13. 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  14. 1Tablespoon – cashew nut paste
  15. 1 Teaspoon each turmeric powder
  16. 1Teaspoon Red chilli
  17. 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri mirchi powder
  18. 2 Teaspoon coriander powder
  19. 1Teaspoon garam masala
  20. 1 Teaspoon cream or yoghurt
  21. 2 tbsp oil, chopped coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Method For the kofta:
  2. First take treated Nutrela Soya Granules, mix all the other ingredients to it & season to taste.
  3. Now divide this mixture into equal portions and shape into round dumplings.
  4. Fry these dumplings till golden & crisp.
  5. Method For the curry:
  6. First fry ginger garlic paste and onions, then add the spices, salt and dilute with a little water.
  7. Cook till the raw flavour subsides and then add the chopped tomatoes.
  8. Now add cream or yoghurt and stir well.
  9. When all the ingredients are fully cooked remove from the gas and pour over the koftas.
