Nutrela Kofta Curry

Ingredients to make Nutrela Kofta Curry

  • 1. Nutrela chunks
  • 2.gram flour
  • 3. salt to taste
  • 4. sugar yo taste
  • 5. yogurt - 2tbsp
  • 6.cashew paste - 2tbp
  • 7.Chili powder 2tbsp
  • 8.turmeric Powder - 1tbsp
  • 9. cumin Powder - 1tbsp
  • 10.Coriendal Powder -1tbsp
  • 11. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbp
  • 12. tomato paste - 2tbsp
  • 13.ginger paste - 1tbsp
  • 14.oil
  • 15.cream - 1tbsp
  • 16Whole jeera - 1tbp
  • 17 Coriendal leaves - 1tbsp

How to make Nutrela Kofta Curry

  1. First boil the nutrela chunks and paste it in mixer.
  2. Then add whole jeera, red chilli & turmeric powder, salt in that paste.
  3. Next make small dumplings and fry it in Kadai an keep it aside.
  4. Now we have make gravy, for that 1st put some oil, add whole jerra for tempering then add tomato puree and cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Then add ginger paste, chilli,turmeric, cumin, coriander powder sugar & salt as per quantity required and continue cooking for 5 mins more.
  6. Then add yogurt & cashewnut paste cook for more 3 to 4 mins and add water to boil.
  7. When the gravy will turn to little thick add nutrela kofta balls and mix it well with the gravy.
  8. Put the oven off and add garam masala powder , fresh cream and garnished with chopped coriender leaves.
  9. Plate in bowl and serve hot with Parathas or Rotis.
