Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pita bread cut in wedges -2
  2. Hammus - 2-4 tbsp
  3. Grilled egg plant one big -10 round slices
  4. Cucumber ribbon slices-2 nos
  5. Grill chicken drumstick -2 pieces
  6. Sliced can olives -2 tbsp
  7. Ginger mint black tea -2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a pan place eggs cover with water bring to boil for 5-7 minutes.drain and peel the eggs ,cut and serve.
  2. Pan grill the egg plant slices for few minutes season with salt ,pepper and olive oil.
  3. In the same pan grill the chicken drumstick marinated with salt,pepper and lime juice.just done in 7-10 minutes.
  4. In a tea pot add 2 cups of hot water, add sugar cubes to taste, drop one tea bag,add crushed ginger one small piece and few mint leaves.
  5. Drain and serve.ready ginger mint black tea.
  6. Ready made pita bread and for hummus, blend 4 tbsp of canned chick peas and 1 tbsp of tahini paste,add salt and few drops of lime juice. Ready.
  7. Now arrange the platter, pita bread,hummus,egg slices with salt and pepper sprinkled,grilled egg plants,grilled chicken drumstick,ribbon sliced cucumbers ,olives and black tea. Done.
  8. Now arrange the platter and serve immediately.enjoy healthy breakfast.
