This recipe is the great combination of test+ ,colour+health .because I used in that recipe green peas ,carrot,potato,cheese,bred and many other thing Only outside the cover is crisp and soft inside.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 boiled smashed potato
  2. 1 bowl bread cram
  3. 1 grited carrot
  4. ,1/4 cup green peas grated
  5. 4 Cheese cube
  6. Oil for frying
  7. 2 tsp.chilly powder
  8. 1 tsp.black paper
  9. Salt
  10. 1 tsp garam masala
  11. 1 tsp zinger garlik pest
  12. 1/4 cup maida
  13. 2 tsp. corn flore


  1. Smash potato , ,corn flore ,chilly powder ,garam masala ,salt ,black paper, zinger garlik pest .Grind the bread in the order. Divide green peas and grated the carrots
  2. Maida ( wheat flore )Dilute the mixture with water and make the mixture thin Even the ball drowns
  3. Collect all the ingredients together and mix them.
  4. Mix it well .make dough.
  5. Take a small piece and place a piece of cheese in it.
  6. close it .give ball shape.
  7. Deep it in maida batter and covered it with bread crumb
  8. It is ready for frying. Hit the oil and drop this ball .fry it on medium flame.Deep-punched bread crumbs. Place the milk on the frying pan and
  9. place it on the tissue paper so that the excess oil will absorb it .Only outside the cover is crisp and soft inside.
  10. Serve it with tomato sauce.it is crispy and soft .
