Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oil 3 tbsp
  2. Ginger-Garlic Green Chilli paste 2 tbsp
  3. Onion 1 medium size finely chopped
  4. Mixed vegetables 1/2 cup finely chopped (carrot, cabbage, cauliflower)
  5. Capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Ajinomoto a pinch
  8. Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli paste 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar 1 tsp
  11. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Boiled mashed potato 1 medium
  13. Fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  14. Slurry of all purpose flour (all purpose flour, 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup salt)
  15. Dry bread crumb for coating
  16. Oil for deep frying
  17. Ice cream sticks

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add in oil. Add in the paste along with the onion and fry till the onion becomes translucent in colour.
  2. Next add in all the vegetables, capsicum, salt, ajinomoto and stir fry. Then add in all the spices, sauces and cook for a minute.
  3. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Now add in the boiled mashed potatoes and bread crumbs, mix it well together. Make round ball shapes from this mixture and dip it in the slurry and coat it with dry bread crumbs.
  5. insert a stick and give an it a shape.
  6. Now deep fry them till they turn golden brown in colour.
  7. Wrap the stick with foil paper and enjoy!
