Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup mix sprouts(moong,moth and black chana
  2. 1/2cucumber
  3. 1/2 tomato
  4. 3tsp pomegranate seeds
  5. 6-8 black grapes
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp black salt
  10. 1/2 tsp sugar
  11. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  12. 1/2 lemon juice
  13. 1/2cup coconut finely grated
  14. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  15. water melon juice
  16. 1/2 watermelon
  17. 1/2 tsplemon
  18. 1/4 inch ginger
  19. 1/4 tsp black salt
  20. 1/4tsp pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Parboil sprouts with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Cut tomato and cucumber.Combine sprouts,cucumber,tomato,pomegranate seeds and black grapes.
  3. Add sugar,lemon juice,coriander leaves salt and spices
  4. Take a glass..set coconut layer,then sprouts .Repeat the same.
  5. Garnish with black grapes.Make other glasses in same manner

  7. cut watermelon and churn in mixi.Put black salt and pepper.Decorate glass with watermelon balls and mint leaves
