Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mix sprouts - 150grams
  2. Oil - 2tablespoon
  3. Cumin seeds - 1/2tablespoon
  4. Onion - 1chopped
  5. Tomatoe - 1/2chopped
  6. Green chillie - 1
  7. Salt - As per taste
  8. Water - 1/2cup
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2tablespoon
  10. Chat masala - 1/2tablespoon
  11. Cilantro - For garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker put water and sprouts and take 3-4vessels.
  2. In a pan add oil and cumin seeds than add onion saute it for 2-3mins.
  3. Add tomatoe than salt and turmeric powder and chat masala.
  4. Add green chillie to it than add sprouts.
  5. Mix it well and cook it for about 5mins.
  6. Lastly sprinkle some cilantro.
