ABOUT Mix Sprout Pav Bhaji RECIPE

This pav bhaji is full of proteins and vitamins as well as it very healthy. It has a very unique taste and much suitable for children.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 300gms Sprouts (Moong, Mathki, dry green peas, etc.)
  2. 3 potatoes diced
  3. 2 carrots diced
  4. 100gms cauliflower
  5. 8-10 leaves of spinach
  6. 3 Tomatoes chopped
  7. 2 tbsp garlic paste
  8. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  9. 1 capsicum chopped
  10. 1 lemon Juice
  11. 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  12. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 3 tsp Dhania jeera powder
  14. Pinch of turmeric
  15. Salt to taste
  16. oil for cooking
  17. Coriander leaves, butter while serving
  18. Ladi pav roasted in butter
  19. Salad and papad

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker, take all sprouts, potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, spinach and 1 1/2 glass of water and boil for 3-4 whistle.
  2. After cooker is cool, smash all them.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, now add capsicum and cook till it becomes soft. After that add ginger garlic paste and cook for few seconds.
  4. Now add tomatoes in it. Cook till tomatoes become very soft like gravy. Then add all the masalas.
  5. When oil gets separated after adding masalas, add all the boiled things as well as salt.
  6. Cook for 10 to 15 mins. When oil comes up turn off the flame and add lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
  7. Take bhaji in a bowl and put butter and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve with salad and pav.
