Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 2tblspn Milk
  3. 1 tblspn butter/ghee
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tspn pepper
  6. 10 grams amul butter
  7. 2 kwality buns
  8. 2 cheese slices


  1. Heat butter,/ghee bring down from flame Break eggs into this one by one
  2. Add salt now,mix well
  3. Add some milk and keep stirring
  4. On slow flame cook,3-4 minutes
  5. As the eggs start cooking,put of flame scramble all well
  6. Remove when still soft in a bowl and sprinkle pepper
  7. Slit the bun not detatching fully apply some butter ,add cheese slice online side
  8. Now on other side add the scrambled eggs
  9. Close the buns carefully ,your breakfast is ready
  10. To enjoy easily you can cut each bun into half with a sharp knife
