Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Shredded parata - 1 bowl,
  2. Shredded cooked chicken - 1 cup
  3. onion - 1
  4. Tomato - 1
  5. Chilly - 1
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoon
  7. Garam Masala- 1 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
  11. Egg - 3
  12. Coconut milk- 1/2 cup
  13. Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
  14. Salt
  15. curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat sunflower or coconut oil.
  2. When hot add sliced onion , add curry leaves, green chilly, salt.
  3. Ginger garlic paste into it and sauté till it is golden brown.
  4. Then add sliced tomato and add remaining powdered spices and saute well.
  5. Then add coconut milk and shredded chicken.
  6. Saute till it is coated nicely. If the mix is dry wet it with water.
  7. Then add sauce, shredded parata and mix well. Add eggs and saute till it is cooked.
  8. Decorate it with curry leaves. Our chopped masala parata is now ready to serve.
