Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet of kelloges Oats
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 1 chopped carrot
  5. 5 chopped beans
  6. 4 tsp grated broccoli
  7. Salt
  8. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1+1/2 cup water
  10. Curry leaves [few]
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. Coriander leaves [handful]

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add chopped onion and green chillies.
  4. Add all chopped veggies
  5. Saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Add little salt
  7. Add oats and water.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Cook on simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
