Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 ग्राम मुरमुरे
  2. 250 ग्राम गुड़
  3. 100 ग्राम तिल

Instructions

  1. सबसे पहले तिल को कडाई मे हल्का रंग बदलने तक भुने ओर निकाल ले
  2. फ़िर गुड को कुट कर उसे कड़ाई , मे डाले ओर थोडा पानी डालकर चासनी बनने पे भुना हुआ तिल ओर मुरमुरे डालकर सबको अच्छे से मिला ले ओर गेैस बन्द कर दे
  3. गुड तिल के मिश्रण को गरम गर्म रहते हुए ही हाथो से लड्डू बना ले
