Ingredients to make Til ke phool

  • til ( sesame seed, white) 2 cup
  • jaggery( grated) 3/4 cup
  • Desi ghee 1 tsp
  • cardamom powder , big pinch

How to make Til ke phool

  1. Dry roast the til.
  2. Take a wok.add grated jaggery and ghee.melt it and make syrup of it. Switch of the flame.
  3. Now mix jaggery syrup, cardamom powder and roasted til. Mix properly.
  4. Make flowers by the mixture, as shown in picture.

My Tip:

Dont let mixture get cold.
