  1. grated phool gobi two cups
  2. wheat flour one cup
  3. salt to taste
  4. sugar one pinch
  5. red mirchi one tbsp
  6. turmeric powder one pinch
  7. dhaniya powder one tbsp
  8. ginger garlic paste onetbsp
  9. oil two tbsp


  1. make a dough of wheat flour and add little salt to taste
  2. take grated gobi in a bowl and add remaining all the ingredients except oil.
  3. divide the dough into 4 portions
  4. roll it slightly and add the gobi masala in between.
  5. now make a round paratha and drizzle some oil while making.
  6. serve hot with ketchup or curd
