This is a delicious breakfast recipe made with cauliflower and maize flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maize flour/makki ka atta - 1 cup
  2. Grated gobi/cauliflower - 1 cup
  3. Boiled n mashed potato - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped green chilly - 2
  5. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
  6. Curd - 2 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Butter - 50 gms


  1. Wash and grate gobi/cauliflower
  2. Add chopped green chilly and salt and mix well.
  3. Squueeze the excess water from the gobi/cauliflower
  4. In a kneading bowl mix maize lour/makki ka atta,boiled potato, curd,clarified butter and grated gobi. and mix well.
  5. Don't use water.
  6. Divide the dough into balls.
  7. Place the plastic sheet over that place a ball of dough and roll out
  8. Grease a pan with clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
  9. Apply butter on makki ka gobi paratha.
  10. Serve hot with potato and peas subji
