A very different taste of gobi that you can make and enjoy.

Gobi paratha

Ingredients to make Gobi paratha

  • 500 gram (grated)
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • Green mirchi
  • salt to taste
  • haldi
  • Dhaniya
  • Garam masala
  • 2 bowl wheat flour for paratha atta

How to make Gobi paratha

  1. First saute the grated gobi in oil and a open pan while stirring properly. Add in the hing, crushed chillies, salt and haldi. Now add the smashed potatoes and mix it properly. And let it cool.
  2. Make the dough of wheat flour by adding in salt and keep it aside.
  3. Make the stuffed gobi paratha and shallow fry it on tawa.
  4. Serve it hot with curd.

My Tip:

Smash the potato and saute the gobi properly and crush it properly to make the perfect paratha.
