Oats Gobi Paratha

Ingredients to make Oats Gobi Paratha

  • Grated cauliflower whole 1 no
  • Oats grinded into powder 2 cups
  • Whole wheat flour half cup
  • Carom seeds little
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder little
  • Refined oil for brushing paratha

How to make Oats Gobi Paratha

  1. Take the dough making attachment of your food processor
  2. Add the grated cauliflower
  3. Add the oats powder
  4. Add the whole wheat flour
  5. Add salt, carom seeds, red chilli powder
  6. Now switch on the processor and make a dough adding water very cautiously
  7. Rest it for sometime
  8. Now take out portions from the dough and make balls
  9. Roll out the ball into paratha and roast them on a hot tawa from both sides unless brown bubbles appear on the surface of the paratha
  10. Now brush them with tiny bit of refined oil and roast again on both sides to soft crispy

My Tip:

The moisture in the cauliflower is enough to make the dough. Add water very very carefully to make a tight dough
