Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
  2. Grated cauliflower -2 cups
  3. Chopped green chillies 2
  4. Chopped dhaniya patta
  5. Oil
  6. Astefoedia pinch
  7. Water
  8. Oil for paratha


  1. Satue the grate gobhi in some oil pinch of astefoedia and green chillies chopped garlic .
  2. Add chopped dhaniya leaves salt and toss .
  3. Knead the dough keep 15 min
  4. Roll the dough in 10 parts fill with stuffing brush with oil when turn golden serve with tomato chutney kheer
