Dhokla is a famous traditional dish from Gujrat and is one of my favourite breakfast recipes, so here is a quick method of making it at home.
1 chick flick chickpea flour in a bowl and yoghurt in one cup of water and mix avoid love sad salt and mix again.
Keep aside for 3 hours.
Then add turmeric powder ,ginger chilli paste.
Heat the steamer.grease a thali.
In a small bowl take lemon juice,baking soda,1 spoon oil and mix.
Pour batter into the greased thali.
Cover with lid, stem for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.add mustard seeds and pour over the dhoklas.
SERVING: 4
