Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Salt as required
  3. Oil or ghee or butter as required
  4. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In bowl add wheat flour and salt. Add water slowly and make it into a soft dough.rest it for 30 min.
  2. now divide it into equal portion.Take a ball and roll it into round or oval shapes
  3. After take some water and spread it on the top of roti. Now flip water side down on hot tawa. Flip over and show the other side in flame till black spots appear on top.
  4. Now brushing top with ghee or butter and serve it hot with gravy
