Mumra Chikki

Ingredients to make Mumra Chikki

  • Mumra....1 cup
  • White jaggery....1 cup
  • ghee...1 tsp
  • water...2 tsp
  • butter paper

How to make Mumra Chikki

  1. Dry roast mumra for 3 minutes.
  2. Take a heavy bottomed pan. Put jaggery and melt it on low flame.
  3. Add ghee and water. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add roasted mumra. Mix. Turn off the flame.
  5. Take a tray . Put butter paper. Grease it. Pour the mixture on it. Spread evenly. Let it cool down.
  6. Cut and savour.
